The instrument
Korg launched the two PCM-based rhythm computers DDM-110 Super Drums and DDM-220 Super Percussion in 1985. The DDM-110 is equipped with a classic drum kit, the DDM-220 offers Latin American instruments. Both work with PCM sounds (Pulse Code Modulation) at 8-bit word width and 16 kHz sampling frequency. A DIN sync port is suitable for connecting both instruments. (Source: amazona)
