movie screenings and instrument demos
Doors open at 19:00 with a demo on an ARP 2600 — a nod to the ARP 2500, Éliane Radigue's instrument of choice for over three decades. At 20:15, we screen Échos (2021, FR, 33'), an intimate portrait of Radigue, followed after a short interval by A Life in Waves (2017, US, 74'), the documentary on Suzanne Ciani and her lifelong voice, the Buchla synthesizer. Live demos on the ARP 2600 and a Buchla Skylab bookend the evening. Drinks, mingle and chill as usual.
