The instrument
The Hohner Rhythm 80 came on the market in 1977 in two versions, as a module and in a case (K).
Details
The RHYTHMUS section consists of 20 basic rhythms. Pretty much everything is represented, from Central European classical music (waltz) to American hype (rock'n'roll or western) to Latin American standards (samba, cha-cha, tango). Besides the basic rhythms, however, there are 4 variations to each pattern. Small variations are possible with the four knobs Volume, Tempo Bass and Treble.
