The MOD-FLB effect pedal probably came onto the market around 1985.

The effect pedal has four rotary knobs for controlling speed, manual, travel, regeneration and the following functions: low noise and output impedance, variable boost and delay controls, ranging range 40-10,000 Hz, wide distortion range, long sustain, bass and treble boost control.
