B.E.L Electronics BC-3-16T 16-Channel Noise Reduction

The B.E.L BC-3-16T is a noise reduction unit with 16 elements. It is used for studio recordings and playback with 8- and 16-channel devices. The device can be combined with the Otari MX 5050 Mk III 8-track recorder, among other things.

Noise reduction methods aim to reduce unwanted noise in a useful signal. To do this, certain frequency components are suppressed or amplified in the signal using filters tailored to the application. Bypass forwards every audio codec directly to the optical port or ARC or EARC port, if supported, without altering it.
